Aware of the stigma that often stops people seeking the support they need, Canterbury Food Bank – an independent charity working in Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay – arranged a mail drop to local residents.
With this perception problem in mind, I designed a leaflet with a heart as its focus, combining a sense of community spirit with practical help.
After a successful initial distribution, the charity has continued to reprint the leaflet and distribute it in its catchment area regularly.
